Description

A healthy, protein-packed Supermodel Snack Recipe made with ripe tomato, shaved turkey, cottage cheese, and mustard. Quick, flavorful, and model-approved.


Ingredients

1 large ripe tomato (beefsteak-style is best), unrefrigerated

23 slices organic shaved turkey

1 heaping tablespoon cottage cheese

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (Grey Poupon or don’t bother)

Everything bagel seasoning

Optional: fresh basil or arugula


Instructions

1. Slice the tomato into thick rounds and place on a plate.

2. Layer shaved turkey on top (yes, it has to be shaved).

3. In a small bowl, mix cottage cheese with Dijon. Use more cottage cheese than mustard unless you like it strong.

4. Spoon the mixture over each stack.

5. Top with everything seasoning. Add basil or arugula if you want to feel fancy.

6. Eat immediately, preferably standing up.

Notes

Tomatoes should never be refrigerated for this snack—keep them at room temperature for the best flavor.
