Description

These Strawberry Cheesecake No-Bake Cookies combine creamy, fruity, and chewy into a quick and irresistible treat, ready in minutes without turning on the oven!


Ingredients

2 cups sugar

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup strawberry jam

3 cups quick oats

1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

2. Remove from heat and stir in softened cream cheese until smooth.

3. Mix in strawberry jam and vanilla extract.
