4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

2. Pat the shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil and butter together in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
5. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
6. Pour in lemon juice and a splash of reserved pasta water, stirring gently to form a light sauce.
7. Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
8. Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley, and adjust seasoning before serving.
Notes
Use large shrimp for the best texture and even cooking.
Avoid overcooking the shrimp to keep them tender and juicy.
