A mineral-rich Japanese Pink Salt Wellness Drink made with citrus and sea salt to support hydration, digestion, and natural energy.
Ingredients
1 cup filtered water
1/8 tsp Japanese pink salt
1 tsp fresh lemon or yuzu juice
Optional: 1/2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
Optional: pinch of grated ginger or turmeric
Instructions
1. Warm water slightly to room temp or lukewarm.
2. Stir in the pink salt until fully dissolved.
3. Add lemon/yuzu juice and optional ingredients.
4. Stir well and sip slowly.
5. Enjoy preferably in the morning or after exercise.
Notes
Avoid using table salt; opt for unrefined Japanese pink salt.
