Description

A refreshing Korean strawberry milk made with only three ingredients: fresh strawberries, milk, and sweetener.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup fresh strawberries, divided

2 tablespoons sweetener (sugar, honey, or maple syrup)

1 ½ cups chilled milk (dairy or plant-based)

Ice cubes (optional)

1 fresh strawberry for garnish

Instructions

1. Wash and dry strawberries thoroughly.

2. Dice 1/4 of them into small bits and set aside.

3. Mash the remaining strawberries into a chunky syrup.

4. Add sweetener and mix well. Let sit for 5 minutes.

5. Add syrup to bottom of clear glass.

6. Top with diced strawberries.

7. Add ice cubes if using.

8. Slowly pour cold milk over the strawberry base.

9. Garnish with fresh strawberry on rim.

10. Stir before drinking.

Notes

Use chilled milk to keep flavors strong.

Plant-based milk options work well for dairy-free.

Store syrup up to 5 days in the fridge.

Crushing berries by hand gives better texture.
